JENNIFER BRADSTREET

Interim Executive Director
Director, Programs and Operations

TBRI® Practitioner & LCSW

Jen serves as our Director of Programs & Operations. She served at the Mayo Clinic as a medical social worker for over 10 years before joining Hope Street. She brings formative experiences from diverse systems of care settings, delivering outpatient therapy in hospitals, criminal justice, child welfare, and school systems.

Learning about TBRI® and Hope Street through moms at her children's school motivated her to volunteer at Hope Street. Through this work, a relationship developed between Jen and our founder and late Executive Director, Callie Lackey; they soon embarked on a mission trip to Jamaica together. During this, Jen experienced TBRI® "in action” and she was deeply convinced of the local and global need for trauma-informed care services.

Jen has been an integral part of Hope Street since 2018 through her support of Hope Street's founder and ED. From 2018 to September 2021, Jen and Callie worked together to champion TBRI® forge strong relationships with stakeholders, expand services and streamline processes. This situated Hope Street to be named by the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development (KPICD) as the “designated Florida partner” and the leading Trauma-Informed Care Training provider in Jacksonville.

Since Callie’s passing in September 2021, Jen has faithfully stepped into the Interim ED role, ensuring the continuation and growth of Callie’s vision even while navigating the grief of her passing. “Relationships are the heart of all of our work. Every opportunity that comes our way leads to connection and growth. I firmly believe in the positive impact that TBRI® has made in our community, because I see and experience it”. Jen’s warm demeanor and approachability helped make Hope Street what it is and continues to be today.

Striking life/work balance, you will very often find Jen with her family, cleaning up after her chickens, cheering for her two kids from the stands at the ballfield, exploring other cultures through travel, and supporting nonprofits (both local and abroad) with her husband by her side.
